Welcome to Capley Care Billing Services, LLC. I’m Athena Capley, the owner and sole operator. As a parent of four, I understand the importance of balance, organization, and reliability—qualities I bring into my work every day.

I have completed Billing and Credentialing Courses through Mastering Insurance LLC, giving me a solid foundation in best practices for medical billing. In addition, I have hands-on experience with platforms such as Sessions Health and SimplePractice, the systems many therapists already use.

Running this business independently means every detail is handled by me, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a supportive partnership for therapists. My goal is to take the stress of billing off your plate so you can focus fully on your clients.
